When we bought the trailer the folding couch/bed had been stripped down to the frame and covered with plywood to make a permanent bed. We thought about restoring the convertible couch, but decided it would be too much work and expense to re-upholster it. We added a wood trim piece to the front edge of the bed.
We bought this 15 ft. single-axle Terry trailer from Mitch, who used it solely for hunting trips with the guys. We don’t think Mitch ever cleaned any part of this trailer – it was filthy. He didn’t know if the air conditioning or water heater worked because he never used them. Any maintenance that he did do was minimal. The windows had leaked, so we had to replace a few areas of paneling, build new interior window frames and of course, caulk the outside of all the windows. But, overall it was a solid little trailer. We liked the smaller size that any SUV could tow.
I especially loved the windshield reflector used as insulation in the back window. There was disintegrated bubble wrap behind the curtains as well.
